from high quality transparent SAN, which enable quick and
easy reading of the electrolyte level and visual inspection
of the cell.
• The tubular gauntlet positive plate construction consists
of 2.5% PTA lead alloy spines in complete contact with superior
active material, effectively retained in multi tube woven
gauntlet of high tensile acid resistant polyester.

Flat pasted negative plates are designed with Pb-Ca alloy
to match the power and long life of the tubular positive plates.
• Microporous PVC separators (Ex-Amersil), backed
with perforated corrugated PVC sheets form permanent insulating
diaphragms between the plates and by virtue of their high
porosity, low electrical resistance and oxidation resistance
serve as perfect separation medium. Side sealing clips eliminate
the possibility of side shorts. Perforated corrugated PVC
sheets increase the acid pool around the positive plates.
• Unique pole post design effectively prevents acid
leakage and pillar corrosion over the lifetime of the cell.
The pole posts have a brass insert with metric thread inside,
for intercell connection.
• Imported vent plugs are specially designed with ceramic
dome, which filters the sprayed acid and protects from fire. |
